Priscilla's
Certification
In
February 2002 Priscilla enrolled in Space Coast Massage School. She
completed studies in February 2003 and in March of 2003 passed the
Massage School boards to become a Nationally Certified Licensed Massage
Therapist. She’s now practicing at In The Shade Relaxation Center in
Melbourne, FL.
She has always wanted to be able
to help others whether they are human or animal. At first she thought
about nursing but soon realized that wasn’t where her talents were.
She went into gymnastics, it was something that she had a natural
ability for and everyone encouraged her to get a teaching degree to help
through schools. However, degrees aside, all pale in comparison to the
gratification and sense of purpose she experiences when giving a
massage.
She (I can attest to) has a
genuine natural talent for massage. Her hands naturally heat up and this
was something I (her webmaster) experienced some 10 years ago when she
did a simple neck massage on my stiff sore neck and as soon as she
touched my neck – the area heated up and immediately began to relax!.
Those who she’s done massage
work on are surprised to hear that she’s just has been practicing for
less than two years. She has finally arrived where she feels she is
definitely on track and feels genuinely grateful to have found a
satisfying pathway to help others to feel good again and to help them
take steps towards holistic wellness.
Because
she is nationally certified, her goal is to have a nationwide clientele
and will travel to various locations when needed as well as on short
notice if possible. She charges a flat rate for this service, and
expects the client to pay all expenses.
She is also signed on as a massage therapist at the King Center
for the Performing Arts and she’s very discreet about whom her
clientele are. She’s more
than happy to furnish a reference list if needed from clients who
suggest that she be used.
She
is fully certified for Florida as well as Nationally
. Here is Priscilla's license number:
